Tugbong Festival

Pandan celebrates yearly the Tugbong Festival on  April 21-25. It is a Pandananon way of coming together to showcase the best of its cultural heritage in all aspects of life from the height, length and breadth of its geographic location. It also means promoting Pandan’s best and despite of adversity Pandananon will have unity. Tugbong means “to go to the town” to celebrate.
